What it costs
Either option can be invoiced to the company. The annual option is the lower total cost by $500 and is the simpler line item for a finance team, since it is one invoice a year rather than twelve charges.

Why this rather than the alternatives
Against an office lease. No lease, no term, no build-out, no furniture, no utilities, no internet contract, and no cleaning. A small private office in this market runs several times this amount before any of those line items.
Against working from home. A home office costs nothing and works until there's a client call, a deadline that needs real focus, or anyone else in the house. Harbor covers the days when home doesn't work.
Against coffee shops. Two to four visits a week already costs real money in purchases, with unreliable wifi, no privacy for calls, and nowhere appropriate to bring a client.
Against nothing at all. Isolation is the quiet cost of remote work. A membership puts your team member around other operators and professionals on a regular basis, which is worth something the balance sheet doesn't show until someone leaves.
